A needle free syringe has been developed in Britain and will be put into clinical trials. The size of this new syringe is equivalent to that of a pen. There are a small pressurized air container and a small sealed drug container inside, and the two containers are connected to each other. There is a high-pressure micro nozzle device at the bottom of the syringe. Driven by pressurized air, liquid drugs penetrate the skin and enter the subcutaneous through the small hole on the nozzle. It is reported that the injected person is basically painless.
Working principle of needle free syringe: needle free syringe does not need a needle for injection. It uses super strong special spring to press the liquid into the skin through the ampoule bottle to form a very fine liquid beam. The duration of injection is short, painless, silent, safe and fast.
Needle free syringe, also known as pulse dosing syringe, is a kind of high-sensitivity equipment. It is powered by standard and reusable carbon dioxide tank, compressed gas and pressure inflation amplifier, and directly injects 2ml of drugs through the skin and corresponding tissue layer. The new pulse syringe has been proved to improve the income of pig farms by reducing the risk of needle injection and the costs related to needles. A separate pulse syringe allows you to carry it to every pig farm. Different from conventional needle injection, pulse injection is to drill a hole in the skin and carry part of the epidermal tissue from the skin surface to the injection point. Pulse injection of the vaccine through the skin is non-invasive. On the contrary, it will reduce the probability of bacterial transmission on the skin surface.
