1、 Strictly control the preliminary disinfection of departments: the syringes used in each department must be preliminarily soaked and disinfected with chlorine containing disinfectant by the syringe manufacturer to ensure that there is no blood and liquid medicine, and special personnel are responsible for the classification and placement.

2、 Strictly control the recycling of classified placement: for syringes and medical supplies after use, our hospital implements the placement in bags by classification and color according to the regulations, that is, medical waste is yellow and domestic waste is black. Syringe needles and empty blood drawing needles are covered in waterproof and stab resistant containers with yellow bags. Mixing is strictly prohibited. Household garbage, syringe needles, blood drawing empty needles and other medical garbage are regularly recycled and incinerated by special personnel assigned by the general affairs section. The supply room will send a special person to the Department to count and recycle the syringes regularly, and make registration records to ensure that the number of destroyed and discarded syringes used by each department is basically consistent with the number of syringes received. After daily collection, wipe the car with chlorine containing disinfectant immediately, and store it in a separate room. It is not allowed to put it randomly.

3、 Strictly control the harmless treatment: the recycled syringes will be destroyed by the supply room by categories; The syringe is crushed and destroyed by a pulverizer, the bottle inserting needle is cut off from the infusion set, and the infusion tube is destroyed and then treated as waste; All links of recycling are regularly supervised and inspected by the hospital infection management department and the epidemic prevention department. No individual or department is allowed to directly treat the syringes that have not been harmlessly treated as waste after use. Once found, the unit and the party concerned shall be investigated for administrative responsibility and punished in accordance with the relevant regulations of the law of the people's Republic of China on the prevention and control of infectious diseases.
